Slap the VTRU is a community arcade game provided purely for entertainment. Free Play is available without paid entry. On-Chain mode is optional and only for eligible players who want to compete for the community prize pool. The game is not a financial product, investment, security, casino, gambling service, earning product, or promise of profit. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Community arcade, not an income product
The operator is not taking profit from gameplay. Paid entries and eligible cosmetic purchases are intended to feed the game prize pool. The current on-chain owner fee setting is intended to remain at 0% so entries go to the pool rather than an operator rake. Slap the VTRU is a community arcade project, not an income product, earning product, casino, or investment scheme.
3. No guarantees, provided "as is"
The game, smart contract, and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, that the game or contract are bug-free, that prizes will pay, or that the service will continue. We may pause, change, or shut the game down at any time.
4. Crypto & blockchain risk
You interact with a public blockchain (Vitruveo) using your own wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, gas fees, and any VTRU you spend. Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Only play with amounts you can afford to lose. We never take custody of your wallet and cannot reverse, refund, or recover transactions.
5. Entry fees & prizes
Entry fees and eligible cosmetic purchases fund a community prize pool that is redistributed to top players by the smart contract. Payouts are governed by on-chain code and owner-triggered rounds; amounts, timing, and eligibility can change. Participation does not guarantee any prize, return, income, or reimbursement. Paid score submissions require a trusted score signature when the signer is enabled.
6. Eligibility & your responsibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and are responsible for ensuring that playing a pay-to-enter, prize-awarding game is lawful where you live. Such games may be restricted or prohibited in some places. Do not play if it is illegal for you to do so. You use this game at your own risk and discretion.
7. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, operators, and contributors of Slap the VTRU are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost funds, lost data, missed prizes, downtime, or wallet issues — arising from your use of the game, the contract, or the website.
